133 applications submitted for competitive selection of "veteran's assistants"

As of today, 133 applications have been submitted for participation in the competitive selection of the Veteran's Assistant pilot project.

This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, according to Ukrinform.

"As of the morning of July 10, we know that 133 applications have already been submitted by those wishing to participate in the Ministry of Veterans' 'pilot'. Most of the candidates are from Lviv and the Dnipropetrovsk regions - almost 40 each. The average age of future veteran assistants is currently 43.5 years. As for gender, they are almost equally represented among the project participants. However, there are some peculiarities. For example, in the Mykolaiv and Lviv regions, more than 70 percent and 54 percent of the candidates are women, respectively," the statement said.

It is noted that most of the participants in the selection competition have a university degree, about one in 10 has a junior bachelor's degree, and one in four has a master's degree. These are mainly specialists in the field of public administration and management, engineering, production technologies and IT, law, pedagogy, and social work.

As reported, applications for the competitive selection of candidates for the positions of veterans' assistants began on July 1 in the Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Lviv, and Mykolaiv regions.
