As reported, yesterday the faithful of the UOC-MP did not allow the Commission of the National Reserve "Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra" to check and seal the vacated buildings of the Lower Lavra.

The Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve announced the termination of the lease agreement with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate on March 29, 2023, but for a long time, unknown people locked the Lavra's premises from the inside and prevented the start of the property inventory commission.
