Russian forces have launched an air strike on Avdiivka, Donetsk region, damaging apartment buildings and wounding two civilians.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the governor of the Donetsk region, said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Two wounded civilians, the damaged House of Culture on Tsentralnyi Avenue and residential high-rise buildings in the 9th neighborhood - this is what Avdiivka looks like after another air strike. The ruscists hit the city again this morning, at 09:10, with two rockets," Kyrylenko wrote.

He published photos of the destruction from the scene and noted that, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties.

The wounded are receiving medical assistance in a local hospital, Kyrylenko added.

"The Russians are razing another Ukrainian city to the ground, despite the people who still remain there. We are making maximum efforts to save people from mortal danger," he said.
