In Kherson city, Hidropark and Naftohavan areas have already been flooded. The bedridden and people with reduced mobility are taken to hospitals.
The Kherson City Military Administration reports this with reference to its head, Roman Mrochko.
"Evacuation from three collection points continues in Ostriv microdistrict," the statement reads.
According to the Administration data, Hidropark and Naftohavan areas have already been flooded in the microdistrict. The bedridden and people with reduced mobility are taken to hospitals.
As reported, the Russians blew up the Kakhovka HPP dam on the night of June 6. In Kherson region, the evacuation of people from dangerous places, which are at risk of flooding, has begun.
In Kherson, the electricity supply to Korabel (Ostriv) microdistrict has been cut off. Gas supply will also be cut off in a few hours for safety reasons.
