Invaders curtailing activities of their administrations in Skadovsk - General Staff

In the city of Skadovsk, Kherson region, the Russian invaders are curtailing the activities of their district and city administrations.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in its evening update posted on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"In the city of Skadovsk, the activities of the district and city administrations have been suspended. Thus, on the night of May 6 into 7, the occupiers loaded documents, office equipment and other property of state institutions into motor vehicles, and on the morning of May 7, a significant part of the Russian occupation administration left the city together with their families," the report says.

According to the General Staff, a similar situation is being observed in such settlements of Kherson region as Mykhailivka, Petrivka, Shevchenko, Shyroke, Ulyanivka and Krasne.

"Considering the multi-kilometer traffic jams recently formed at the entrance to Crimea and in the area of the Kerch Bridge, the invaders are planning to remove documentation and looted property from state institutions of the temporarily captured Kherson region by sea, using a dry cargo ship, via the port of Berdiansk city,” the General Staff said.

As reported, the Defense Forces of Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to May 8, 2023 eliminated about 194, 970 Russian aggressors, including 540 invaders over the past day alone.
