Russians launch artillery strike on Kherson region, casualties reported

Russian troops have launched an artillery strike on the city of Kherson and the Kherson region’s village of Kozatske, having hit the detached house suburbs. One civilian was killed and one injured.
The relevant statement was made by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Russians are shelling the Kherson region. An artillery strike was launched on the city of Kherson. A detached house was hit, and a civilian was killed on the street,” Yermak wrote.
Additionally, Russian invaders opened fire on the Kherson region’s Kozatske, having struck another detached house. A civilian was reported injured.
A reminder that, on March 31, 2023, more than 91 people were evacuated from the Kherson region’s de-occupied areas.
