Ukrainian marines eliminate 19 Russian invaders in past day

The press service of the Ukrainian Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.

“Military units and squads of the Marine Corps Command of the Ukrainian Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are part of the army groupings, continued to perform tasks to repel the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Yesterday, January 3, the marines eliminated 16 occupiers and an ammunition depot,” the report says.

Artillery units and other subdivisions of Ukraine’s marines inflicted fire damage on the invaders, as a result of which three Russian soldiers were eliminated.

Enemy final losses are being verified.

As Ukrinform reported, from February 24, 2022 to January 3, 2023, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated nearly 108,910 Russian invaders.
