Putin intimidated by Chechnya’s Kadyrov, while Ichkeria soon to become free country - Danilov

Chechnya remains part of the Russian Federation for only as long as President Vladimir Putin is alive. As soon as Putin is gone, it will become a free country, known as Ichkeria.

That’s according to Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, who spoke in an interview with UP, Ukrinform reports.

"They (Putin and Kadyrov - ed.) have such an agreement that Putin gives him everything: money, preferences, opportunities, medals – I mean, everything. Instead, Ichkeria remains part of Russia. As soon as Putin is gone, Ichkeria will become a free country. Whether with Kadyrov or not, believe me, it will definitely happen – very, very soon. That’s because it is a separate country that has absolutely nothing to do with the Russian Federation. Another thing is that everyone knows, including Kadyrov, that it was Putin who ordered to kill Kadyrov's father. According to the laws that this nation abides by, there must be retaliation. Why Kadyrov is doing nothing about it, is a separate conversation. In fact, Putin is intimidated by Kadyrov. After all, this is someone who can cause him plenty of trouble," Danilov said.

Commenting on the question regarding the head of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, Danilov emphasized that the latter has been allowed to operate enormous financial capabilities through the use of budget funds. It was he who practically robbed the Russian army of quality food. And now he also has his own private army, Wagner, whose contracted killers and terrorists are doing the dirty work.

"Of course, Prigozhin will have no life in the future because he leads a terrorist organization. In general, today's Russia is a terrorist organization," Danilov emphasized.

As reported, Danilov emphasized that Ukraine is capable of any action in response to Russia’s continued missile terror.
