Zaporizhzhia attacked with Iskander missiles

"The enemy attacked the regional center with Iskander-K missiles. Infrastructure facilities were destroyed," Oleksandr Starukh, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

According to him, one of the missiles, a cluster type, was neutralized over the city. Fragments fell in various places in Zaporizhzhia. The administration’s reminded the city residents not to touch them.

"If this missile had reached the target, the destruction would have been much more extensive," Starukh noted.

As reported, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Zaporizhzhia and its suburbs around 09:30. Infrastructural facilities were damaged. According to the city council data, casualties were reported.
