Russia’s creeping advance in Luhansk regions continues as two more settlements confirmed captured

Since yesterday, the settlements of Loskutivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka in Luhansk region have been occupied by the enemy.

This was announced on Facebook by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai.

"However, we continue to deter the Russians in Siverodonetsk and Syrotyne, repelling attacks from Zolote and Vovchoyarivka. The occupiers are destroying industrial capacities in Siverodonetsk. This time, a brick factory came under attack, as well as the Skloplastyk fiberglass plant, and a non-standardized chemical equipment manufacturer. One of the buildings at the Azot plant premises was also damaged in one of the enemy strikes.

"The Russian army is ‘liberating’ Siverodonetsk from life and jobs," the statement said.

Lysychansk was shelled several times throughout Wednesday, June 22. Destruction was recorded in one of the city's schools. A person was killed and three were injured.

In addition, yesterday the Russian army launched air strikes on Verkhniokamianka, Siverodonetsk, and Syrotyne, as well as air and missile strikes on Hirske.

More destruction has been reported in Novoivanivka (eight households), Hirske (eight households), and Zolote (nine households).

"Yesterday, we had three people injured, who were taken to the Kramatorsk and Pavlohrad hospitals. The day before yesterday, late at night, the body was found with injuries caused by shelling," Serhiy Haidai said.
