In Luhansk region, Russian invaders fired on a hospital in Severodonetsk, killing one woman.

According to Ukrinform, Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram and posted a video showing the damaged hospital.

"They wanted to finish off the wounded. Rushists fired on the Severodonetsk hospital. One woman died. There are only two functioning hospitals left in the region - in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk. Today orcs deliberately opened fire on the medical institution of the regional center. Russians knew that the hospital was not empty, there were patients in different conditions with doctors - and that did not stop them. In fact, the orcs wanted to kill the wounded and kill those who help the locals survive – the doctors,” he wrote.
