Anonymous hacks more than 300 Russian official websites

Anonymous international hacker group has taken down more than 300 websites of Russian government agencies, state media outlets, banks, as well as websites of leading Belarusian banks, including Belarusbank, Priorbank and Belinvestbank.

"Anonymous takes down more than 300+ Russian government, state media & banks websites in the last 48 hrs, with most of them currently offline," the hacker group posted on Twitter.

Anonymous also leaked the database of Sberbank of Russia into the network and took down the website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

We are taking down the financial and governmental Russian cyber system as they move with their troops to Ukraine, Anonymous added.

In addition, Anonymous hacked the websites of leading Belarusian banks, including Belarusbank, Priorbank and Belinvestbank. Access to the sites belarusbank.by, priorbank.by, belinvestbank.by is denied.

Earlier, Anonymous international hacker group hacked the website of the Chechen Republic.
