Russia hits Zaporizhzhia with guided bombs, at least three injured

Russian forces carried out at least five strikes with guided aerial bombs on the city of Zaporizhzhia, leaving several people injured.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy delivered at least five strikes with guided aerial bombs on Zaporizhzhia," he wrote.

Residential buildings were damaged in the attack, including both an apartment block and private houses.

According to Fedorov, at least three people were injured as a result of the strikes.

"So far, three people have sought medical assistance," he said.

The blast wave from the explosions also damaged homes located near the impact sites.

Fedorov confirmed that Russian forces used guided aerial bombs in the attack.
