Railway worker injured in March 4 attack on Odesa region dies in hospital
A 62-year-old railway worker who was wounded during a Russian attack on the Odesa region on March 4 has died in hospital.
Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“A 62-year-old man who was injured in the enemy shelling of the Odesa region on March 4 has died in hospital. The man worked at a railway station," the statement said.
According to the regional governor, doctors had assessed the man's condition as extremely serious.
On March 4, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on railway infrastructure in the Odesa region, injuring four people, including two children.
