"Today in the Odesa district, an enemy strike drone hit a civilian car that was driving across a bridge. There was a woman with three children in the vehicle. The mother sustained severe injuries and died in an ambulance. Her three children were hospitalized with bodily injuries and acute stress reactions," the statement said.
The regional governor urged drivers to refrain from traveling toward the bridge in the area of the Dniester Estuary near the village of Maiaky.
