Special Operations Forces clear industrial site of Russian troops in Pokrovsk sector

Soldiers of the Special Operations Forces' 3rd Separate Regiment named after Prince Sviatoslav the Brave have cleared an industrial facility in the Pokrovsk sector of a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group, capturing an enemy radio station and taking one Russian soldier prisoner.

The SOF Command said this in a Telegram post seen by Ukrinform.

"According to operational information, an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group infiltrated an industrial site in the Pokrovsk sector. Operators of the SOF's 3rd Regiment were tasked with conducting reconnaissance and clearing the building. As a result of direct action in the industrial area, one invader was captured. At the same time, the enemy's radio station was seized," the statement said.

The military noted that "the information provided by the prisoner and intercepted communications enhanced situational awareness and led to further enemy losses."

As reported earlier, a Russian sabotage group infiltrated central Pokrovsk and killed several civilians near the railway station.
