Casualties reported as Russians attack Kharkiv region throughout day
On September 15, Russian forces attacked four settlements in Kharkiv region, killing one civilian and injuring four others.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
In particular, in the morning of September 15, Russians struck the town of Kupiansk, killing a 61-year-old man.
At around 9:40 on Monday, the invaders hit a civilian car in Borova, Izium district, with an FPV drone. A 71-year-old man and his 40-year-old son were injured in the attack.
At approximately 15:30, Russian FPV drones attacked the village of Tymofiivka in Bohodukhiv district, damaging a residential house, farm buildings, and power lines. No casualties were reported.
At around 19:00, a Russian drone of an unspecified type attacked the village of Berezivka in Kupiansk district, injuring a man and a woman.
Law enforcement authorities have launched pre-trial investigations under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – war crimes.
As Ukrinform reported, civilians were also injured in Russian attacks in Sumy region on September 15.
