Russian army strikes private house in Sumy region, two children injured

Russian troops struck a private house in the Sumy region, injuring two young children.

According to Ukrinform, the Sumy City Military Administration reported this on Telegram.

"The enemy struck a private residential building in one of the community's villages. As a result of the strike by an unidentified UAV, two young children were injured," the report said.

According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, a 12-year-old girl suffered injuries as a result of the strike, while an 8-year-old child suffered an acute stress reaction.

According to reports, the children are currently receiving all necessary medical care.

The house's roof was also damaged. Utility services are working at the site of the strike.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops struck 21 settlements in the Sumy region over the past day, injuring two men.
