Two killed, eight injured in Russian airstrike on Sloviansk
In the Donetsk region, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on Sloviansk using guided aerial bombs, killing a woman and a child. Eight people were wounded, including a seven-year-old child.
Vadym Liakh, head of the Sloviansk City Military Administration, announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"Today, on February 10, at around 10:00, the enemy carried out an airstrike on Sloviansk with guided aerial bombs. […] At present, eight people are reported wounded, including a seven-year-old child. One of the strikes hit a private house. The bodies of a woman and a child – a girl born in 2014 – were recovered from the rubble," he wrote.
Liakh noted that the strikes hit different parts of the city, and information on the damage is being clarified.
As reported earlier, Sloviansk was attacked overnight on February 10 by Russian Geran-2 drones. Private houses were damaged.
