Russian army loses 1,340 troops and air defense system in past day

The total combat losses of Russian troops from February 24, 2022, to March 4, 2025, amounted to about 879,410 people, including 1,340 people over the past day.

This is stated on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

The defense forces destroyed 10,255 (+3) Russian tanks, 21,298 (+8) armored combat vehicles, 24,064 (+45) artillery systems, 1,306 (+0) MLRS, 1,094 (+1) air defense systems, 370 (+0) aircraft, and 331 (+0) helicopters, Operational and tactical UAVs - 27,741 (+86), cruise missiles - 3,085 (+0), ships/boats - 28 (+0), submarines - 1 (+0), vehicles and tankers - 39,428 (+101), special equipment - 3,768 (+0).

As Ukrinform reported, on March 3, as of 22:00, 91 clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most actively in the Kursk and Pokrovsk directions.
