Ukrainian paratroopers destroy Russian APC along with crew

A separate reconnaissance unit with the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has destroyed a Russian armored personnel carrier with a crew and a self-propelled mortar, also with its operators.

That’s according to the press service of the Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports.

"Soldiers with a separate reconnaissance unit of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to successfully destroy Russian occupiers and their equipment, in locations where the enemy doesn’t expect them. In particular, a BTR-82 APC with a crew and a car carrying a mortar and a unit of its operators were destroyed, so the latter followed the famous course of a Russian warship," the statement reads.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, from February 24 to July 27, Ukraine’s defenders eliminated more than 40,000 Russian invaders, also destroying 1,738 tanks, 3,971 armored combat vehicles, 883 artillery systems, and other equipment.
