As a result of Russian strikes targeting the Shostka community in Sumy region, seven people were injured and energy facilities were affected.

The Kharkiv region has announced the mandatory evacuation of all residents of four communities in the Kupiansk district, including the city of Kupiansk. Additionally, a forced evacuation of families with children has been announced in the Borova community.
