As of July 2025, the Ukraine Energy Support Fund has accumulated over EUR 1.15 billion from 33 donor countries.

Ukrainian Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk said this at a meeting with the heads of Ukraine's foreign diplomatic missions, Ukrinform reports, citing the Energy Ministry.

"Our strategic priorities are focused on internal transformations that fully address the challenges of war. In particular, this includes protecting and strengthening the resilience of the energy system, ensuring stable energy supply, and decentralizing and modernizing energy infrastructure," Hrynchuk said during the meeting with ambassadors.

The minister also emphasized the need to build up resources to ensure a stable heating season, as well as to create a strategic gas reserve to meet the needs of Ukraine and Eastern European countries.

According to her, several key instruments are used in cooperation with partners.

"One is the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, which as of July 2025 has accumulated more than EUR 1.15 billion from 33 donor countries. Another is an emergency energy assistance hub, which handles the reception, logistics, and distribution of humanitarian shipments for critical infrastructure enterprises. Since its launch, the hub has received 1,870 shipments totaling over 24,000 tonnes from 38 countries," Hrynchuk said.
