President Poroshenko: We will do everything possible to return Sushchenko to Ukraine

President Petro Poroshenko has stated that everything possible will be done to liberate journalist Roman Sushchenko, who is illegally imprisoned in Russia.
The Ukrainian president wrote this on Facebook on the occasion of Sushchenko's birthday.
"Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko celebrates his second birthday in the Russian pre-trial detention facility, where he is being held on evidence-free accusations by the Kremlin regime. However, we will do everything we can to return Roman to Ukraine, to his family as soon as possible," Poroshenko stressed.
In addition, he assured that every effort will be made for the return of other Ukrainians, who are held hostage in the Russian Federation, as well as in occupied Crimea and Donbas.
