Wife of Roman Sushchenko to speak at UWC forum in Brussels

The event is attended by European and Ukrainian politicians, high-ranking officials of the leading institutions of the EU, NATO and other international organizations, diplomats, experts, civil society activists, an Ukrinform correspondent reported from Brussels.

"The Ukrainian World Congress plays a significant role in the process of the European integration of Ukraine for Ukrainians," UWC President Eugene Czolij said.

The forum participants will discuss five main topics, including European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, "Marshall Plan" for Ukraine, human rights and opposition to Russian disinformation.

The wife of Ukrinform journalist Roman Sushchenko, Anzhelika Sushchenko, will also participate in the forum. Her speech is scheduled for a session dedicated to the protection of human rights.
