Ukrainian pentathletes win third gold medal at 2025 World Military Championships

The Ukrainian modern pentathlon team finished with gold at the CISM 2025 World Military Championships in Drzonkow, Poland.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, on the final day of the competition, Iryna Boichenuk and Oleksandr Tovkay won the mixed relay, Ukrinform reports.

This is the fifth medal and third gold for our team at the CISM 2025 World Championships.

Oleksandr Tovkay became a three-time world champion, winning gold in the individual competition, the team competition, and the mixed relay.

As reported, Ukrainian military personnel won two gold, one silver, and one bronze medals at the World Modern Pentathlon Championships the day before.
