IOC includes boxing in 2028 Olympic program

Ukrinform
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has officially included boxing in the program of the 2028 Summer Games.

According to the press service of the NOC, in 2028 the Olympic Games will be held in Los Angeles (USA), and Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Khyzhnyak will do everything possible to defend the title of Olympic champion, Ukrinform reports.

The boxing competition at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris will be organized by the IOC after it revoked the recognition of the International Boxing Association (IBA) in 2023 due to its inability to implement reforms in management and finance.
