Usyk defends WBA/IBF/WBO world titles against Dubois

Ukraine’s Oleksandr Usyk won with a knockout against UK’s Daniel Dubois in a match held in Poland’s Wroclaw in the early hours of Sunday.

The Ukrainian champion sent the Brit to the canvas in the ninth round as the latter failed to beat the referee’s ten count.

The win means Usyk defended his super heavyweight belts according to the World Boxing Association (WBA Super), World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Boxing Organization (IBO), and The Ring.

As reported, in the undercard of the Usyk - Dubois fight, Denys Berinchyk defeated Sweden’s Anthony Yigit.
