Shakhtar draw 1-1 with Sheriff in Champions League

Shakhtar Donetsk have played out a 1-1 draw against Sheriff Tiraspol in their final Champions League group stage game.
The match took place at the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex in Kyiv on December 7, Ukrinform reports.
Shakhtar's Fernando scored in the 42nd minute and Sheriff's Boban Nikolov equalized in the 93rd minute.
In another Group D match, Spain's Real Madrid defeated Italy's Inter 2-0 at home.
Real and Inter made it to the last 16 of the Champions League, whereas Sheriff won through to the round of 32 of the UEFA Europa League.
