Top Rank: Lomachenko, Commey will fight on Dec 11

The promotion company Top Rank has officially announced that the meeting between Ukrainian Vasyl Lomachenko and Ghanaian Richard Commey will take place in New York on December 11.
This will be the second fight for the Ukrainian after Teofimo Lopez defeated him in October 2020. Lomachenko beat Japanese Masayoshi Nakatani in June.
After the fight with Commey, Lomachenko may have a rematch against Lopez. The latter will have to defend his world lightweight titles against Australian George Kambosos Jr. in November.
The 34-year-old Commey has 33 fights in his professional career, winning 30 of them and losing three, including one against Lopez.
