Svitolina remains sixth in WTA rating

Ukraine’s No.1 tennis player Elina Svitolina has remained in sixth place in a new ranking of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) released on October 25.
Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk and Anhelina Kalinina dropped two positions each (55 and 59, respectively), Dayana Yastremska lost three spots (79). At the same time, Lesia Tsurenko climbed 18 positions (127), Ukrinform reports.
WTA ranking is headed by Australian Ashleigh Barty. She is followed Aryna Sabalenka from Belarus and Karolina Pliskova from the Czech Republic.
