Shakhtar, Dynamo discover Champions League group opponents

Shakhtar Donetsk will play against Inter and Real Madrid, whereas Dynamo Kyiv will face Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
The draw for the group stage of the Champions League was made in Istanbul on Thursday, August 26, according to Ukrinform.
Two clubs – Dynamo Kyiv and Shakhtar Donetsk – will represent Ukraine in the 2021/22 Champions League.
Dynamo will play in Group E against Bayern Munich (Germany), Barcelona (Spain), and Benfica (Portugal).
Shakhtar will play in Group D against Inter (Italy), Real Madrid (Spain), and Sheriff (Moldova).
The opening round of the Champions League group stage will take place on September 14 and 15.
