Bilodid recognized as world's best female judoka in 2019-2020

The International Judo Federation (IJF) has revealed the winners of the IJF Judo Awards 2019-2020, according to a report posted on the IJF's official website.
Ukraine's two-time world champion Daria Bilodid, 20, was recognized as Female Judoka of the Year 2019-2020, the report said.
She won gold medals in the 48 kg division at the 2019 World Judo Championships, the 2019 European Judo Championships, and a Grand Slam tournament.
In 2020, Bilodid took gold and bronze at a Grand Slam tournament in Kyiv.
