Serhiy Levchuk to head State Sports Agency

President of the Ukrainian Karate Federation Serhiy Levchuk will head the State Sports Agency, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Volodymyr Borodiansky has said.
“Soon the newly created State Sports Agency will appear and its head will be appointed. Some 27 candidates took part in the competition for this position. Serhiy Levchuk became the winner of the competition,” Borodiansky wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the minister, the main priority of the newly created agency will be the implementation of the Ministry’s policy, including high-quality preparation for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, sports reform, construction of modern sports infrastructure and others.
