Elina Svitolina retained the fifth spot in the table.
Kateryna Kozlova climbed eight spots to 83rd.
Australian Ashleigh Barty remains world No. 1. Karolina Pliskova of the Czech Republic is second, Romania's Simona Halep is third, and Japan's Naomi Osaka is fourth.
