Tsurenko reaches quarterfinals of tennis tournament in Hobart

Ukrainian tennis player Lesia Tsurenko has successfully overcome the second round of the WTA Hobart 2018 tournament in Australia.
Kyiv's resident defeated Yulia Putintseva of Kazakhstan 6-3, 6-2 in one hour and 13 minutes, Ukrinform reports.
Tsurenko's next opponent will be determined in a match between the tournament's top seed, Shuai Zhang of China, and Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus.
Last year Zurenko reached semifinals at Hobart. In the starting tournament of the 2018 season in Brisbane, the Ukrainian tennis player pulled out in the second round.
