Dynamo Kyiv handed technical loss for refusal to play in Mariupol

The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine has decided to award a technical defeat to Dynamo Kyiv for their refusal to play a match in Mariupol, Ukraine's football media platform FootballHub reports.

According to the report, the decision was made at a committee meeting on Monday, September 11. 

"Dynamo has been handed a technical defeat in a match against Mariupol," reads the statement.

As reported, Dynamo Kyiv ignored a Ukrainian Premier League match against FC Mariupol, which was scheduled to take place at the Mariupol stadium on August 27.
