A Solar Tree has been installed in the Western Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankivsk, which will charge telephone batteries and distribute wi-fi, local portal Firtka reports.
"Near the dental block works at the ‘hundred metre stretch’ installation works are being completed on the Solar Tree," the publication notes.
The installation will store up energy from solar panels and will have an element made of decorative benches. As noted, the "tree" will also distribute free wi-fi and serve as a device with solar batteries to charge mobile phones and tablets.
