From December 11 to 16, a global action Stop Human Safari / Save Kherson is taking place in several dozen cities abroad in support of Kherson.

This was reported on Facebook by the initiator of the campaign, American journalist and documentary filmmaker Zarina Zabrisky, the director of “Kherson: Human Safari”.

“About 50 cities in nearly 20 countries across six continents are rising in support of Kherson! From Norway to Japan, from South Africa to Australia, from Mexico to Bulgaria and the United States,” she noted.

Ukrainian activists spoke about Russia’s war crimes that cannot be ignored, including deliberate attacks on civilians and the “hunting” of people.

In announcing the campaign, Zabrisky emphasized that the humanitarian situation in Kherson is deteriorating by the hour, as evidenced by reports from local residents, activists, and volunteers. The city is suffering systematic destruction as a result of Russian attacks, and the need for international attention and assistance continues to grow.

Russians are terrorizing the city’s civilian population with drones and refer to this as “safari,” which is where the name of the campaign originates.

As part of the information campaign, the documentary film “Kherson: Human Safari” is also being screened in various countries.

As reported by Ukrinform, American journalist Zarina Zabrisky made a film about Kherson during the full-scale war, created in cooperation with fighters of the 30th Marine Corps of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Zabrisky lived in Kherson and personally witnessed how Russian military forces turned the region into a zone of constant shelling.
