Food Train operates in Odesa, Kherson regions, providing people with hot meals
According to Ukrinform, Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on Facebook.
"Residents of cities experiencing blackouts due to enemy attacks can warm up and recharge their gadgets at railway stations. In particular, points of invincibility are operating at the railway stations in Odesa and Mykolaiv — offering warmth, hot tea, and the ability to stay connected," the statement said.
Overall, points of invincibility are operating at 94 railway stations across Ukraine.
"Also, these days in Odesa the Food Train is operating. It serves hot meals to people in the Odesa and Kherson regions — so that on the most difficult days there is at least something simple and essential nearby: food, hot tea, and the feeling that someone cares about you and that together we can overcome anything," Ukrzaliznytsia noted.
The Food Train is a mobile kitchen on wheels that allows for a rapid response to humanitarian needs in frontline and affected regions, providing people with hot food even in the most difficult conditions.
As Ukrinform previously reported, due to a Russian attack on December 13, more than 1 million consumers were left without electricity. The most difficult situation is in Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions.
