Lviv region bids farewell to MP Yaroslav Ruschyshyn

On July 27, the Lviv region bid farewell to Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Ruschyshyn, who died in a car accident.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, according to Ukrinform.

“Honest, courageous, dignified. It is still hard to believe that he left us so prematurely. Lviv region bids farewell to Yaroslav Ruschyshyn. May his memory live forever,” he wrote.

Yaroslav Rushchyshyn was born in Lviv in 1967. He was a member of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation from the Holos party (secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development), an entrepreneur, a public figure, and co-founder of the Dzyga Art Association.

As reported, Yaroslav Rushchyshyn died in a traffic accident on July 24 near the village of Babukhiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

According to media reports, he was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and lost control, resulting in a collision with a tractor traveling in the same direction.

The deputy died while being transported to the hospital.
