President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine on Tuesday, March 18, honored the memory of fallen soldiers while on a visit to Lviv.

The head of state reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.

“Lviv. Honored the memory of fallen defenders of Ukraine. We remember each and every one who sacrificed the most precious thing they had – their lives – for our country’s freedom and future. Eternal memory to the heroes,” Zelensky said.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on February 23, on the eve of the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, “Rays of Memory” were lit up at the Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv.
