"At a joint meeting of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of Romania, a political Declaration was adopted recognizing the Holodomor (the purposeful man-made famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine) as a crime against the Ukrainian people and against humanity," the press service of the Embassy of Ukraine in Romania reports.

Before the meeting, the exhibition entitled “The uncondemned genocide of Ukrainians repeats” about the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine and the crimes of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people opened in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of Romania.

The exhibition was organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in Romania together with the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide.
