Ukraine to get EUR 20M to develop vocational education – Shkarlet

The government approved a resolution on signing an agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund and the German bank KfW on the allocation of EUR 20 million within the project “Vocational Education and Training in the Eastern Partnership”.

Minister of Education and Science Serhiy Shkarlet said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"These funds will be directed to the creation of modern centers of professional training at vocational education institutions," Shkarlet wrote.

The minister emphasized that vocational education will be in great demand during the reconstruction of Ukraine.
