The Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF) plans to invest UAH 588 million in the development of cultural and creative industries.

Executive Director of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation Vladyslav Berkovskyi said this during the discussion of grant programs for 2022, Ukrinform reports, referring to the UCF’s press service.

"The requested amount of funds for the Foundation from the state, which we have projected in the budget for the next year, is UAH 588 million. This is the financing only in support of grant programs and, as a result, the implementation of cultural art projects together with grantees. The total costs for the development of the cultural institution, which will include both project financing and the fund's operational activities and financing the work of our expert councils, are planned at the level of UAH 703 million,” Berkovskyi said.
