More than 8M citizens in Ukraine fully vaccinated against COVID-19

More than 8 million Ukrainians received their full course of vaccination against COVID-19, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health wrote on Facebook.

"As many as 240,440 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 on November 8. Some 140,439 people received their first dose, and 100,001 people were fully vaccinated," the report reads.

According to data provided by the Ministry of Health, 19,584,775 doses have been administered in Ukraine since the launch of the vaccination campaign. In particular, 11,546,721 people received their first dose and 8,038,054 people received both doses (two people received their first dose abroad).

According to the Ministry of Health, 91.1% of those hospitalized with COVID-19 last week were unvaccinated.

As reported, Ukraine recorded 18,988 new COVID-19 cases on November 8.
