More than 5.7M people fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine

On October 3, 33,924 COVID-19 vaccine doses were given in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health wrote on Facebook.

"As many as 33,924 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 on October 3, 2021. Some 17,373 people received their first dose, and 16,551 people were fully vaccinated," the report says.

According to the ministry, 330 mobile vaccination teams, 1,070 vaccination sites, and 358 vaccination centers were operating across the country on October 3.

According to data provided by the Ministry of Health, 12,962,507 doses have been administered in Ukraine since the launch of the vaccination campaign. In particular, 7,190,643 people received their first dose and 5,771,866 people received both doses (two people received their first dose abroad).

Ukraine recorded 4,821 new COVID-19 cases on October 3.
