Slovenia has allowed temporary entry for Ukrainian tourists if they have a negative COVID-19 test result, a vaccination certificate or medical proof that indicates the holder has recovered from the disease.

Relevant information has been posted on the interactive map of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

Thus, temporary entry is allowed to those who have a negative PCR test result (no more than 72 hours before the entry) or a negative rapid test for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen (no more than 48 hours before the entry) or a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19.

Slovenia recognizes the following vaccines: Comirnaty/Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Janssen (Johnson&Johnson), CoviShield (Serum Institute of India/AstraZeneca), Soronavac/Sinovac-Biotech, Russia’s Sputnik V and China’s Sinopharm.

As reported, the EU’s Permanent Representatives Committee at the level of ambassadors added Ukraine to the list of countries with which EU Member States are recommended to gradually lift non-essential travel restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
