Kyiv records 177 new COVID-19 cases

Kyiv has confirmed 177 new coronavirus cases in the past day, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has written on Facebook.

Among people who have fallen ill are 98 women aged 18-92 years, 68 men aged 19-81 years, 5 girls aged 3-14 years, and 6 boys aged 3-16 years. Since the start of the pandemic, the total number of confirmed cases has reached 216,211.

Three lethal cases from COVID-19 have been reported over the past day (5,212 lethal cases in total).

At the same time, 154 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 207,100 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.

As reported, Ukraine recorded 623 new COVID-19 cases on July 14.
