Strengthening fight against environmental crimes should be among priorities – Zelensky

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has called for strengthening the fight against environmental crimes.
He wrote about this on his Twitter account.
“Mankind has no spare planet. Ukrainians have no spare Ukraine. Enhancing the struggle against environmental crimes should be among the priorities of criminal policy. And nature must be clean and safe for health and life,” he wrote.
As reported by Ukrinform, on March 12, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Strengthen the Protection of Forests, Avoid Fires on the Lands of the Forest and Water Funds, Peatlands and Lands of other Categories”.
